Shipping policy
Orders placed Monday - Thursday will be shipped out 1 - 2 business days after you've placed your order. Orders placed Friday - Sunday will be shipped 1-2 business days after the weekend. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse.
During periods of high activity, we may expect some processing and shipping delays on MyLastWave orders. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

In Europe MyLastWave offers free delivery over 100€ to: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark* , Finland* , France (excluding DOM TOM), Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (excluding Madeira Islands & Azores), Spain (excluding Canary Islands and Baleares ), Sweden*.
For shipping to Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia we charge 20€.
* We do not ship Wetsuits to Denmark, Finland and Sweden.
United Kingdom:
The UK's exit from the European Union as of 1/1/2021 requires new customs formalities and declarations. As a result, taxes and VAT would impact our customers and us dramatically.
Therefore, we are currently not able to ship to the United Kingdom.
The shipping time depends on the delivery country and can vary between one and seven business days.
These shipping rates do not apply to oversized items including surfboards and select Curated Goods items. For questions on shipping rates for these items, please contact us at care@mylastwave.com
Please be aware that each order will be individually sent. We cannot combine different orders to make one single shipment.
If an order has been made with a wrong size, we unfortunately can't update the order before it gets shipped. The only solution is to send the product back and order a new one with the right size.
Stocks on Mylastwave are limited. Products may be already out of stock between your order request and your order process. We apologize in advance if it may happen.
If you notice that one of your ordered product is missing for your package, please let us know within the 14 following days after your package's reception.
