Return policy

Returns & Refunds

Under EU rules, we must replace or repair or give you a refund if the goods you have bought turn out to be faulty or do not work as advertised. We will allow this up to one year after purchase, allowing for some normal wear and tear as well, particularly on wetsuits. And it is always our decision to replace or repair, and in general we repair goods that prove to be faulty wherever possible.

Also in the EU you have the right to return purchases made online within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason-consider it a “cooling off period”. But the goods should not have been worn or used, they should be packed as best as possible in any packaging including swing tags that came with the goods. And the cost of the postage back to us for a return will be at your charge then.

The cooling off period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.

In any case our customer service will evaluate the status of your defect by email and will return to you with further instructions. Please wait for our customer service to get back to you before shipping anything back to us.

How to return a purchase

In order to return a purchase, please follow the following instructions:

  1. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials.

    ! Please note we keep our right to refuse a return if: 
    a) the products is not returned in its original poly bag
    b) the original labels have been ripped off
    c) the product is not in new and folded condition

  2. Add your name and order number inside the package.

  3. Please send the parcel to the following address:

  4. Drop your return package off at any shipping location.

Take note that the cost of any postage back to us for any return in this cooling off period (other than for faulty goods) will be paid by you. We do not cover the shipping costs of returns we are sorry to say. You should send us any shipping information you can to help us track your return so we can process it quickly.

A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed. You can always ask us for help, contact our customer service team at and we'd be happy to help you out!

For any further information concerning your return: please contact us at the latest within 30 days from the date of dispatch of your package with your return tracking number.

Getting a refund

 We expect that we will give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we may delay refunding you if we haven't received the goods or real evidence that you've returned them.

*My Last Wave does not accept used wetsuit returns. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water. If you really have a problem with the fit of your wetsuits then contact us before you wear it in the water or before you place your order.

*My Last Wave reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or self damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of the return shipment if the return is refused.



Vissla wants you to be happy with your wetsuit purchase. It is important for you to try on any wetsuits ordered.
Fit is essential on wetsuits. Please try on the suit in a clean dry place, and ensure the fit is correct. Once the wetsuit has been worn in the water, it cannot be returned to us. If the suit does not fit correctly, or does not satisfy the water conditions that you surf in, return the unworn wetsuit including all of the original packaging and tags in a saleable condition as you received it.


If you purchased the product from an authorized Vissla dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly. Vissla offers a 1 year from purchase date manufacturer wetsuit warranty on all neoprene and seams. Warranty repairs cover any apparent malfunctions under normal use like a zipper that’s busted or a seam that’s torn. Warranty repairs are free of charge.
Non-Warranty repairs cover damage caused by normal wear and tear that is not caused by a malfunction. Examples include: a blown-out panel, a fin cut, worn material, extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow care instructions provided. We charge for non-warranty repairs. Our wetsuit experts at Vissla will contact you if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.
Someone from Vissla will determine whether your wetsuit repair qualifies under our warranty or if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.


If you purchased the wetsuit from, please fill out the Vissla Wetsuit Repair Form.
Please write as clearly as possible, provide as much detailed information as you can and give us a detailed description of the repair needed. Also, mark the area in need of repair on one of the wetsuit drawings on the repair form.

After contacting the warranty department, ship your warranty promptly


• Please make sure your wetsuit is washed thoroughly, dirt/sand free, and completely dry. Unfortunately, we can’t repair suits that are sandy, dirty or wet since they may damage our machines.
• Make sure the box you use to ship the wetsuit in is large enough to prevent from too much creasing.
• Place the Vissla Wetsuit Repair Form (completely filled out) in the box with your wetsuit along with a copy of your original packing slip.
