We expect that we will give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we may delay refunding you if we haven't received the goods or real evidence that you've returned them.

*My Last Wave does not accept incorrectly sized wetsuits returned. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water. If you really have a problem with the fit of your wetsuits then contact us before you wear it in the water or before you place your order.

*My Last Wave reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or self damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of the return shipment if the return is refused.
